Advanced GIF Optimizer™ is a tiny application that is designed to ensure quick and easy optimisation of GIF files, ready for use on the internet. This program, although basic, gets the job done without the need for you to spend time reading a manual - simply run the program and start optimising. Split into four separate mini programs, you can complete every task related to optimisation in the one package. Along with an optimisation tool, Advanced GIF Optimizer™ includes GIF Explorer for previewing files and altering some of their attributes, and GIF Converter for converting gif, jpg, bmp, emf, wmf and ico files into the gif format.

Also included is GIF Cutter, which allows you to take an image in any of the above file formats and cut it into a user-defined number of parts. This is great for large images that are to be used on a website.

Whole file directories can be optimised at the click of a button, or you can choose to optimise each gif individually. The resulting compression may well surprise you: some GIFs that you has already optimised in another package were further reduced in size when put through Advanced GIF Optimizer™.
