Advanced Mailbox Scanner is a client - server application that allows Novell NetWare network users to receive the notifications about arrival of new mail on several mail servers or in several mailboxes. NLM module checks up users accounts on mail servers and with periodicity specified by the users. The check of new mail on mail servers can be made by the POP3 and IMAP4 protocols. Network administrator can set maximum accounts number which users can have, text of the message received by the users, control access of the users to the server, look through the users and their accounts, create new accounts from server console.The client part works on network workstations under Windows 95/98/NT operating systems. Connection to the server is executed under the TCP/IP protocol. The messages can receive workstations with any operational system which can receive standard NetWare messages.
