Mit CD-ROM-Archiv können Sie nahezu alle Datenträger lokal archivieren. Durch den vollautomatischen Archivierungsvorgang ist es selbst dem "bequemsten" Computerbenutzer auch endlich möglich, Ordnung in seine CD-Sammlung zu bekommen.
Bei der Archivierung wird die komplette Verzeichnisstruktur, Dateinamen, Dateigrö�en und Datum/Uhrzeit jeder einzelnen Datei der CD erfasst.
Die übersichtlich strukturierte Oberfläche ist stark an den Windows-Explorer angelehnt und ermöglicht dem Benutzer die Software, ohne zeitintensive Einarbeitungszeit, in vollem Umfang nutzen zu können.
Mit der komfortablen Suchfunktion ist das Aufspüren von Dateien oder ganzer Verzeichnisse kein Problem mehr.
Die Inhalte von komprimierten ZIP-Dateien werden mit allen darin enthaltenen Informationen ausgelesen und als Ordner in der Ã?bersicht dargestellt.
Mit der umfangreichen Notizfunktion können Erläuterungen zu den jeweiligen CDs hinterlegt werden und zusätzlich können Sie die "gelben Notizzettel" auch innerhalb einer CD bei jedem Ordner benutzen. Die Inhalte der Notizen werden auch in der Suchfunktion mit berücksichtigt.
Die vorhandene Druckfunktion beinhaltet den Ausdruck eines gewählten Datenträgers mit allen darin enthaltenen Informationen, den Ausdruck einer Ordner- bzw. Datenträgerübersicht.
Es können bis zu fünf Archiven mit beliebig vielen Kategorien angelegt werden. Die Archive können zur Unterteilung z. B. von verschiedenen Benutzern / Gruppen dienen oder einfach nur, um Ihre private Sammlung von den geschäftlich genutzten CDs zu trennen.
Der integrierte Datensicherungs-Assistent schützt Sie vor dem Verlust Ihrer bereits archivierten Daten.
Sie brauchen nicht mehr verschiedene Datenträger in ein Laufwerk einzulegen, um die gewünschte Datei zu finden.
