Unterstuetzt werden dabei alle gaengigen Decodier-Verfahren wie MIME, UUE, base64 und yENC (Multi-Part Dateien werden automatisch zusammengefuegt). Das Programm unterstuetzt mehrere Server, gleichzeitige Downloads und verschluesselte Verbindungen (SSL) und kann auch mit Newsgroups hervorragend umgehen, die Millionen von Beitraegen beinhalten. Es hat eine eingebaute XPAT-Suche, unterstuetzt NZB-Dateien und kann aus RAR-Archiven entpacken. Eigene Beitraege koennen gepostet (auch mit Anhang), und aus EML/NWS-Dateien die Anlagen extrahiert werden. Um 001-, .002- ... Dateien wieder zusammenzufuegen wird kein HJSplit benoetigt.
