MS Outlook ohne Exchange Server im Netzwerk. OLfolders für MS Outlook Netzwerke erlaubt gleichzeitig den gemeinsamen Zugriff auf alle Daten in Outlook, und zwar ohne Einsatz eines aufwändigen Netzwerkservers.
Ob Steuerberater oder Versicherungsagenturen, unsere Kunden sind kleinere, mittlere, gro�e Unternehmen, die auf kostengünstige, schnelle und pflegeleichte IT-Lösungen setzen. Installieren Sie OLfolders einfach zentral auf einen beliebigen Netzwerk-PC und machen ihn damit zum Server, auf den dann wiederum von 2 bis zu 75 Outlook-Anwender simultan zugreifen können.
Ob es sich um Kontakte, Termine, Aufgaben oder den Posteingang handelt â?? ein zentraler unternehmensweiter Zugriff auf eine Outlook-Struktur ist möglich, optional können Schreib- und Leserechte vergeben werden. Alle Mitarbeiter können die gleichen Kontakte nutzen, jeder Mitarbeiter kann zum Beispiel sehen, wer wann welchen Termin hat, oder wer mit welcher Aufgabe beschäftigt ist. Auf dieses zentrale Outlook haben Sie genauso Zugriff wie auf Ihren persönlichen Outlook-Ordner. Dabei bleiben alle Standardfunktionen im öffentlichen Ordner erhalten. Ein bereits bestehendes Netzwerk muss nicht geändert werden. Das bedeutet, dass Sie auch mit unterschiedlichen Microsoft Outlook- oder Betriebsystem-Versionen eine Vernetzung realisieren können.
Qsynchronisation, ein Synchronisationsprogramm für Notebooks sowie ein integrierter QMailserver für den internen und externen E-Mail-Versand erweitert die Funktionalität von OLfolders. Der integrierte Mailproxy regelt den internen und externen Mailverkehr und separiert durch einen Mailfilter mehr als 95% schädlicher E-Mails (Viren, Trojaner, Würmer) in einen separaten Outlookordner.
Bis dato arbeiten weltweit bereits mehr als 15.000 Outlook-Anwender in über 7.500 Unternehmen mit OLfolders für Outlook Netzwerke.
