Erstes Auswertungsprogramm für AGFEO TK-Anlagen, welches auch bei nicht vorhandenem Gebührenimpuls eine Berechnung der angefallenen Telefonkosten pro Nebenstelle ermöglicht! Die Kosten können z.B. im Hotelbereich mit einem Aufschlag versehen werden! Ab V1.03 kann ein eigener Kostenfaktor zur Bestimmung der anfallenden Telefoniekosten vorgegeben werden! Somit besteht die Möglichkeit, nicht den Telekom Tarif zur Ermittlung der Kosten anzusetzen, sondern einen eigenen Wert. Sollte bei Gesprächen der eigene Faktor dazu führen, dass die Kosten niedriger ausgewiesen würden, als mit der Berechnung über den Telekom Faktor, wird dies bei der Erstellung der Abrechnung berücksichtigt und der höhere Wert gedruckt (wobei dieser dann auf ein Vielfaches des eigenen Grundfaktors angepasst wird, bis der Telekom Wert zumindest erreicht wird). In Version 1.04 wurde als Sonderfall berücksichtigt, wenn die Telefoniedauer bei Sondertarifen kleiner wäre, als die Soll-Sekundendauer bis zur Erreichung des pauschalen Minutenpreises. Wichtig für die saubere Auswertung der Daten: Stellen Sie die Telefonanlage so ein, dass nur abgehende Gespräche ausgewertet werden und außerdem ein automatisches Auslesen der Daten über Agfeo-TkSuite erfolgt! Verwenden Sie bei falsch ausgewiesenen Nebenstellen die Agfeo-TkSuite Version 3.038, da bei der letzten Version von Agfeo-TkSuite ein Fehler innerhalb der Agfeo Software zu falschen Auswertungen auch in ABLD-TkBill geführt hatte, der Fehler lag aber bei Agfeo! Ab Version 1.15 können verschiedene MwSt Sätze angegeben werden.
