With a seamless method of sharing sensitive data, the software uses powerful encryption technology and a server-less authentication model. The permissions-based rights management feature enables the originator of the information to specify access control rules (e.g., permission to read, write, and copy files) and automatic time expiration. The originator can also restrict information so that it cannot be copied, cut and pasted, or printed.
