VIsiAGRA is not a hacker's tool, it is a Webmaster's prime tool for measuring HTTP server response performance against multiple simultaneous browser requests. This is critical for assessing the adequacy and suitability of existing systems and deciding on their usability under real world present and future network conditions. We are sure no commercially available HTTP server will lock under many simultaneous requests, but some do actually change noticeably their behaviour and is important to be conscious on the preparedness of systems you manage for a sudden increase in demand and popularity.
