Amicron-Import verarbeitet folgende Dateitypen:
- dBase und Paradox Datenbanken
- ASCII- / Textdateien (variable und feste Feldl?ngen)
- Excel-Dateien (via dBase-Format)
- Access-Dateien (via dBase-Format)
Anwendungsbeispiele:
- Einlesen der Artikeltexte und Preise Ihres Lieferanten in Top-Faktura
- Importieren von Kundenadressen aus Ihren urspr?nglichen Programmen
- Datenbest?nde abgleichen
- oder Einlesen von Adressen in Fritzfax.
Automatische Erkennung
- ob es sich um eine Datei mit variabler oder fester Feldl?nge handelt
- ob die Felder per Semikolon oder Tabulator getrennt werden.
Vorschaufunktion:
- Sie k?nnen genau sehen, wie die zu importierende Datei aufgebaut ist
- Geben Sie nun Ihre individuellen Bezeichnungen f?r die einzelnen Felder / Spalten ein.
- Im n?chsten Schritt werden diese automatisch den gleichnamigen Feldern der Zieldatei zugeordnet
Einstellungsm?glichkeiten:
- Auswahl der Felder der Quelldateien
- Freie Einstellungsm?glichkeiten f?r die Bestimmung des zugeh?rigen Feldes in der Zieldatei
Sollen beim Importieren der Feldinhalte die Formatierungen der Feldinhalte ge?ndert werden, so stellen Sie dies einfach ?ber den Schalter "Optionen" ein,
z.B. f?r eine schnelle Umrechnung in Euro
Aktualisierungsfunktionen des Programms:
- Auswahl verschiedener M?glichkeiten
- Beibehalten vorhandener Texte oder Datenbest?nde
und
- Sie k?nnen z.B. Artikelpreis-Aktualisierungen durchf?hren, so dass nur die gew?nschten Preise aktualisiert werden, vorhandene Texte oder Best?nde bleiben unver?ndert
