CheckQuota ist ein professionelles Überwachungsprogramm für Ihre Verzeichnisse. Es überwacht die Größe und warnt Sie, wenn ein bestimmtes Limit überschritten wird und sperrt dann den Schreibzugriff. Die Hauptmerkmale von CheckQuota sind: Verzeichnis Quota Funktion: Mit CheckQuota können Sie für jedes Verzeichnis ein oder mehrere Benutzer festlegen, deren Schreibzugriff verhindert wird, wenn ein bestimmtes Speicherplatzlimit überschritten wird. Nach überschreiten des Limits können die Benutzer weiterhin ihre Daten in dem Verzeichnis lesen und löschen, ein Schreiben in das Verzeichnis wird jedoch verhindert. So läßt sich ein Wachsen der Verzeichnisgröße verhindern. Löscht der Benutzer nun Daten, sodaß die Verzeichnisgröße wieder unter das Limit sinkt, so erhält er die Schreibberechtigung zurück. Diese Funktion ist auch als Directory Quota oder Disk Quota Funktion bekannt. Zwei-Stufen Benachrichtigungssystem: CheckQuota verfügt über ein Zwei-Stufen Benachrichtigungssystem. So können Sie mittels der ersten Stufe z.B. Benutzer oder Administratoren warnen lassen, wenn das Quota-Limit bald erreicht ist. In der zweite Stufe können Sie dann bspw. informiert werden, dass das Limit erreicht und das Verzeichnis gesperrt wurde. Dateitypen Sperrung: Mittels CheckQuota können Sie verhindern, dass bestimmte Dateitypen in bestimmten Verzeichnissen gespeichert werden können. So können Sie beispielsweise festlegen, dass Ihre Benutzer in ihren Heimatverzeichnissen keine MP3 oder Video Dateien ablegen dürfen. HTML Berichterstellung: CheckQuota verfügt über eine HTML Report Engine. Mit Hilfe dieser Funktion können Sie einen übersichtlichen HTML Bericht über den Status Ihrer Verzeichnisse (benutzter Speicherplatz, Limit, Sperrung, etc.) erstellen lassen und beispielsweise im Netzwerk veröffentlichen. E-Mail Statusberichte: Mit CheckQuota können Sie den Status Ihrer überwachten Verzeichnisse per E-Mail versenden. So können Sie bspw. die Benutzer täglich über den benutzten Speicherplatz...
