Memo Book ist ein persönlicher Informationsmanager (PIM) zum speichern von Textdokumenten mit Dateianhängen in einer flexiblen Baumstruktur. Ein Teil oder die gesamte Baumstruktur kann exportiert werden zu einer neuen MemoBook-Datei, HTML-Dateien, MS Compiled HTML (*.chm) oder als Portable-File-Format (PDF).
Alle Dokumente und Dateianhänge werden verschlüsselt und komprimiert in einer einzelnen Datei (*.mbk) gespeichert, welche es erleichtert Informationen zu verteilen bzw. auf Arbeit und zu Hause sowie auf Reisen zu nutzen. Die Benutzung einer der besten Verschlüsselungsalgorithmen (z.B. Rijndael256) erlaubt es Ihnen streng geheime oder private Informationen zu speichern.
